Prince George's County Man, 30, Shot Dead While Working For Trash Removal Company: Police

A Prince George’s County man was shot and killed while working for a trash removal company Thursday afternoon, April 4, police said.

Idongesit Udosen, 30, was found with gunshot wounds in the roadway as officers were called to the 6800 block of Greenvale Parkway in Hyattsville for a shooting around 3:40 p.m., the PGPD said.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators found that Udosen was working for a trash removal company when he was shot.

The motive for the shooting remains under investigation, though detectives do not believe the crime was random.

A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.
